Sophomore guard Ren'Cia Rolling registered a triple-double with 22 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists, leading the team in all three categories. Sophomore guard/forward Catie Kaifes contributed 17 points. Sophomore guard Maya Brewer added 15 points off the bench.

Feb. 17, Moberly Area Community College at Moberly

The Lady Roadrunners (11-15, 2-6 in Region 16, 2-6 in the MCCAC) traveled to Moberly Area Community College to take on the 5th ranked Lady Greyhounds in a Region 16 and MCCAC game. The Greyhounds defeated the Roadrunners 74-51.

Moberly took an early 5-0 lead. SFCC responded to take a 12-11 lead courtesy of a three-point shot from Rolling in the first quarter. The Greyhounds took a one-point lead with less than four minutes remaining in the first quarter, which they would never relinquish.

"It was a long night," said Bucher. "We didn't play very well. Give credit to Moberly, they are a very good team. They have good guards and post players. They really took it to us … we didn't come out ready to play. When you play a very good team like Moberly on their floor, you have to come out ready to play."

Brewer led the Roadrunners in scoring with 12 points and registered a team-high three steels.Kaifes pulled down a team-high seven rebounds and dished out a team-high three assists.

SFCC will travel to Vincennes, Indiana, on Feb. 19 to take on Vincennes University. Tipoff is 3 p.m.
