Bob Hoskins

Bob Hoskins was an organizer and charter member of the first Booster Club, which was established in 1968 as the Coyote Club. He was instrumental in enlisting the club’s first 100 members, became president in its fourth year and served in that capacity for the next 14 years.

He served, without pay, as the Roadrunners’ official scorekeeper from 1968-1988. He also conceived the development of the Roadrunner Room in the Fred E. Davis Multipurpose Center, where club members and visitors are provided with hospitality during home games.

In 2008, Hoskins was recognized as the first Booster Club member to have held continuous membership for 40 years. He also served the college as an elected member of the SFCC Board of Trustees from 1988 to 2006.

For four decades, Hoskins has given countless and immeasurable donations of time, talent and treasure to enrich SFCC and its athletic programs.
