Lady Roadrunners track and field claims four top eight finishes at Principia Relays

The State Fair Community College (SFCC) Lady Roadrunners track and field team continued their indoor season at the Principia Relays on Friday and Saturday January 26-27 inside the Crafton Athletic Center in Elsah, Illinois.

Sophomore Keiyah Cole brought home three top eight finishes from the event. Cole finished third in the 200m with a time of 26.99, fifth in the 60m with a time of 8.02, and seventh in the long jump with a jump of 4.80 meters.

Freshman Molly Prichard finished fifth in the shot put with a throw of 11.62 meters.

"We got back on track this weekend," said Head Coach Brad Hagedorn. "There were many personal bests for both the men and women. Keiyah and Molly were the standouts, they both scored in the top eight in their respective events. We will take a couple of weeks off to recover and train before our meet at Washburn on February 10."
