Lady Roadrunners compete at UCM

The Lady Roadrunners track and field team finished 23rd as a team at the UCM Outdoor Mule Relays on Friday, April 14. The event was held at Walton Stadium /Kennedy Field on the University of Central Missouri campus in Warrensburg.

Sophomore Korry Davis recorded the best finish for the Lady Roadrunners finishing sixth in the 10,000m with a time of 44:56.20. Freshman Keiyah Cole finished eighth in the 200m with a time of 26.19.

"On a very hot day in Warrensburg, we faced our ups and downs," said Head Coach Brad Hagedorn. "Our distance kids fought through the heat and did their very best. Korry Davis shined in her first 10,000m. Keiyah Cole continued her dominance in sprints setting a career-best in the 100m and 200m. We travel to Culver-Stockton next Saturday."
