"I thought both teams did a good job of keeping the other out of rhythm and off balance tonight," said Lady Roadrunners Head Coach Nicole Collier. "We missed some free throws early in the game but were able to step up and knock them down later. We need to be better free-throw shooters. I am proud of our effort. We had moments in this game where we were down, but we were able to regroup and stay together. That is an ingredient for a successful team. We had some players come off the bench and play big minutes for us. I thought Briar Cox gave us great time and energy tonight. I'm proud of our team, a coach is never happy or satisfied. We must be ready to go to Three Rivers on Saturday."
