Bio
Kellin Loch is in his second season as a member of the Lady Roadrunners and Roadrunners Cross Country coaching staff. He also serves as Assistant Coach for the track and field programs. Loch brings a variety of experience as a coach and student-athlete to the position. He was promoted to Head Coach of the cross country teams in the summer of 2025.
Loch helped both teams to their third consecutive Region 16 Division II Cross Country Championships during the 2024 season.
Prior to his time at SFCC, Loch most recently served as an Assistant Cross Country and Track and Field Coach for Hawkeye Community College in Waterloo, Iowa. Loch also served as an intern for the Strength and Conditioning Department while completing a bachelor’s degree at the University of Central Missouri.
Loch had a decorated track career at UCM. He earned All-American honors three times and was a three-time MIAA Champion in the 800m. Loch also holds the school record in both the indoor and outdoor 800m.
Loch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and a Master of Science degree in Sport Nutrition from the University of Central Missouri. Loch is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a Registered Dietitian through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
