Barrow scored in double figures in 19 games and pulled down a season-high 13 rebounds in a game against Missouri State University-West Plains.
"Cliff can really shoot the ball," said Roadrunners Head Coach Matt Brown. "We are very excited for him. He came to SFCC looking for an opportunity to move on to a four-year institution and he received that opportunity."
