Jan. 14 - Link Year Prep in Sedalia

SFCC (7-12, 1-2 in Region 16) fell to Link Year Prep Lions 74-69 on its home court.

SFCC went to a full-court trapping pressure defense to fight their way back into the game. The Roadrunners cut the deficit to two points on two separate occasions.

"We really didn't have a point guard out there because of an injury," said Roadrunners Head Coach Matt Brown. "That makes a big difference. Hats off to Link Year Prep; they did a good job; they were ready to play, and we weren't."

Bikoy led SFCC in scoring with 19 points. Smith contributed 18 points and led in assists with five and steals with six. Ellis scored 16 points. Gayman pulled down a team-high eight rebounds.
