If you are interested in playing sports at State Fair Community College, please complete the following student athlete inquiry form. Upon receipt of the information, you will be contacted by a member of the Athletics program.

To be eligible to participate in intercollegiate athletic tryouts for the SFCC athletic program, prospective student athletes must also read and sign this Release and Waiver form and bring it to a designated tryout session. Tryout dates for the upcoming season will be posted in the near future.
