"Our goal is to either tie or win every series," head coach Jud Kindle said. "With every team fighting for positioning in the region, it was big for us to come out and get these wins today. Schnieders was able to get out of situations. We had a couple of timely hits in the first game to help us win that one. In game two, Bartlett was lights out for us. He was able to dominate the strike zone with four pitches. He and Albert Salguera have been working really well together. I also thought the bullpen pitched really well today."
