April 1 – Highland Community College (Kan.) at Sedalia
SEDALIA, Mo. – The State Fair Community College Roadrunners defeated Highland Community College (Kansas) 11-1 in eight innings on Tuesday, April 1, due to the run rule.
Sophomore outfielder Caleb Briggs of Lee's Summit had two hits, including a double, and scored three runs. Sophomore outfielder Jordan Hedrick of Platte City also had two hits and scored twice. Sophomore middle infielder Sam Paule of Washington had two hits and stole three bases. Sophomore outfielder/first baseman Dayne Wimberly of Platte City drove in two runs. Freshman outfielder/pitcher Collin Ross of Branson hit a double and had two RBIs. Freshman outfielder Devin Wassmann of Platte City added a double. Freshman catcher Carter Rice of Sedalia stole two bases. SFCC totaled 12 hits.
Freshman pitcher Franluis Turbi De La Cruz of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, improved to 1-1 after pitching 4 2/3 innings, allowing one run on two hits with three strikeouts and three walks. Three SFCC relievers combined for 3 1/3 hitless innings with five strikeouts and no walks.

April 3 – St. Louis Community College at Sedalia
SEDALIA, Mo. – SFCC swept a Region 16 doubleheader against St. Louis Community College on Thursday, April 3, winning 4-3 and 11-9.
In the opener, Wimberly led SFCC with three hits, including a triple and two RBIs. Carter Rice and freshman middle infielder Peyton Cooper of West Plains each doubled. Cooper also scored twice. SFCC finished with seven hits.
Freshman pitcher Jacob Tellman of Jefferson City (4-2) threw a complete-game seven-inning win, giving up three runs (two earned) on three hits with 11 strikeouts.
In game two, the SFCC offense collected 10 hits. Briggs tallied three hits, including a double, with two RBIs and two runs. He also stole two bases. Paule added three hits, including two doubles, and drove in two. Cooper had two RBIs. Ross hit a triple, drove in two, and scored three runs. Hedrick and redshirt freshman outfielder Dylan Hayman of Jackson each contributed a double.
Freshman pitcher Hunter Jones of Branson (2-2) earned the win, allowing one run on four hits over five innings with eight strikeouts and two walks. Freshman pitcher Josh Hagle of Knob Noster pitched 2 1/3 innings with two strikeouts to earn his second save.

April 6 – St. Louis Community College at Sedalia
SEDALIA, Mo. – SFCC (23-11, 16-8 Region 16) completed another Region 16 sweep over St. Louis Community College on Sunday, April 6, winning 8-3 and 7-5. The games were moved to Sedalia due to weather and field conditions in St. Louis.
In game one, Briggs led the Roadrunners with three hits. Cooper and Ross each had two hits, with Ross scoring twice and driving in two. Paule also had two hits and three RBIs. SFCC totaled 11 hits.
Sophomore pitcher Chase Schnieders of Jefferson City (4-2) earned the win, going six innings and allowing three runs on seven hits with eight strikeouts and four walks.
In the nightcap, freshman infielder Connor Rice of Sedalia had three hits, including a double, and two RBIs. Hedrick added two hits. Freshman catcher/pitcher Albert Salguera of Valencia, Venezuela, added a double. Cooper hit a triple.
Sophomore pitcher Nate Bartlett of Lee's Summit improved to 5-0, pitching six innings and allowing four runs on seven hits with 10 strikeouts and four walks. Hagle pitched the final three innings, allowing one run on two hits and earning his third save.
